As well as serving as a place to relax and a base camp for all your mountain adventures, Heyday Chalet is a place of work. Most people who come here know that they will have to work remotely for at least some of their time with us. It is with this in mind that we have undertaken such a large-scale renovation of Chalet Flori interior. Our aim was to create a place where people could work as productively as if they were in head office, but still enjoy all the benefits of being in this life-changing Alpine environment. Whether you're reporting to a client or a manager, their only question should be: How did you find this place?

Focused work

For independent, task-focused work, our main office room provides the perfect space to get your head down and get the job done. An open-plan space with lots of sunlight, our primary work area contains 8 workstations, including one permanent standing desk (others available on request). Ergonomic office chairs, of course. External monitors are also available - just let us know if you need one. With an open kitchen area on hand, it couldn't be easier to refuel or get your caffeine fix.

Collaborative work

Whether you spend a lot of time in conference calls or you just prefer a bit of a buzz around you, the lounge, dining room and sun terrace all provide great breakout spaces for work that is less focused or less quiet.

Private work

Three of our bedrooms offer their own private workstations - ideal if you're expecting private or commercially sensitive calls during your stay. Also, there is a small second office space that can be booked for private calls and meetings.

Floor 1

  • Laundry Room with washing machines and driers.
  • Three storage garages for bikes etc.
  • Staff accommodation with separate entrance.

Floor 2

  • Large dining room with original stone walls, exposed beams, and roaring log fire. Access to sun terrace.
  • Traditional alpine living room with access to the sun terrace and views across the valley.
  • Office room with up to 8 workstations. Ideal for focused work.
  • Large professional kitchen with all amenities provided.
  • Ski and boot room.
  • Large, south-facing sun terrace
  • Access to garden and hot tub

Floor 3

  • Mont Blanc: "The Studio" is a self-contained apartment with double bed, kitchen and ensuite bathroom. Work station with desk. Find out more here...
  • Eiger: Double / twin bedroom with ensuite facilities.
  • Kilimanjaro: Triple bedroom with shared bathroom.
  • Materhorn: Double / twin bedroom with ensuite facilities.
  • Shared bathroom.

Floor 4

  • Everest: Quad bedroom with a double bed and an adult-sized two-tier 'coin montagne' (bunk bed). Shared bathroom.
  • K2: Twin bedroom with an adult-sized two-tier 'coin montagne' (bunk bed). Shared bathroom.
  • Annapurna: Twin bedroom with an adult-sized two-tier 'coin montagne' (bunk bed). Shared bathroom.
  • Two shared bathrooms and a separate toilet
