Connecting the kitchen and the dining room, this light and airy space is a social hub in a chalet which is a workplace for some, a base camp for others and a cosy retreat for all. Under pine beams and a wood-clad ceiling typical of the region, three large sofas provide ample space for guests to kick back and relax after a hard day's work or a big day's adventures.
